Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store. You’ll create an amazing shopping experience, educate guests on AE/Aerie products, and promote loyalty programs. You’ll confidently switch between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting rooms, and stockroom while upholding brand standards.

Ideal candidates are energetic, people-oriented, and committed to teamwork, with experience in retail and a genuine passion for AE and Aerie products.

Qualifications

• You’re a people person who engages guests using the AEO Selling Model.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to help them find exactly what they’re looking for.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make relevant suggestions.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Show up with energy and teamwork to get the job done.
