Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience required.
• Licensure knowledge (NMLS) preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Promotes the sales process through referral management and cross-selling of bank products and services.
• Input and maintain data quality for referrals, customers, and applicants using branch technology.
• Assists with daily sales activity through coaching and monitoring sales results.
• Manages operational duties: scheduling, directing staff, opening/closing, vault cash, and teller transactions as needed.
• Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
• Maintains risk management by following F.N.B. policies and risk management program guidelines.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory laws and company procedures.
