Job summary

F.N.B. Corporation in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee sales and operations of the Retail unit. You will lead the branch team, drive growth by acquiring new customers and expanding relationships, and ensure excellent service and compliance with bank policies.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, executing sales strategies, leveraging digital banking tools, and maintaining data quality for referrals and accounts. Overnight travel may be required for training and onboarding.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of related experience.
• Strong management, communication, organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service excellence.
• Proficient PC and banking software knowledge.
• MS Word (basic), MS Excel (intermediate), MS PowerPoint (basic).
• BA or BS preferred; related experience recommended.
• Knowledge of banking audit policies and procedures preferred.
• Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System identifier preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall sales and operations management of the branch.
• Originate new customers and expand existing relationships.
• Coach branch team and conduct daily sales meetings.
• Ensure branch operations comply with policies and audits.
• Input referrals and manage lifecycle of relationships.
• Overnight travel may be required for training and onboarding.
