Job summary

The role requires 2+ years in banking, strong communication, and organizational skills, with a flexible travel component for training. A HS diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• Requires High School or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented with PC proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of banking policies and consumer products.
• Sales and customer service experience noted; NMLS preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Promotes the sales process through referrals and cross-selling.
• Assist with management of branch operations and daily sales activity.
• Coach staff; participate in pre-shift sales huddles.
• Input data using branch technology; maintain referrals and accounts.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with policies and risk management.
• May require overnight travel for training.
