Job summary

FNB Corporation’s Dickson City branch is looking for an Assistant Branch Manager to oversee daily retail operations, support the sales team, and ensure exceptional customer service.

You will build a personal referral network, coach staff, handle branch duties from opening to vault cash, and uphold compliance and risk standards while promoting bank products. Occasional overnight travel for training may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience in banking or customer service.
• Strong cash handling and transaction processing knowledge.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Promotes the sales process through referral management, leveraging sales leads and identifying customer financial needs.
• Make appropriate recommendations in the selling and cross-selling of Bank products and services to meet the banking needs of customers.
• Incorporate FNB digital products and services into customer interactions and maintain data quality for referrals and customers.
• Assists with the management of daily sales activity through branch staff coaching and monitoring sales results.
• Performs traditional teller transactions as needed and supports branch operations.
