Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of related branch management experience.
• Excellent management and communication skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient with a personal computer and MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
• BA/BS degree preferred.
• Knowledge of banking audit policies and procedures preferred.
• NMLS Identifier preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and operations management for the branch and direct sales efforts.
• Coach and develop branch staff; ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and core values.
• Perform market and business development to expand new customer relationships and referrals.
• Ensure compliance, risk management, and operational integrity of branch activities.
