This role emphasizes seasonal planning and multi-channel sales (POS and e-commerce), with a focus on accuracy in recording transactions and maintaining the general ledger. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of bookkeeping experience, familiarity with retail POS systems, and proficiency in SAP and MS Excel.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience, preferably in retail or consumer goods.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and POS systems.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Excel.

Responsabilités

• Record and categorize all financial transactions (sales, purchases, expenses).
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable and vendor bills for inventory, logistics, and overhead.
• Handle vendor statements, reconcile accounts, and ensure timely payments.
