ECOMMERCE BUSINESS PRIME is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support the Accounting department in maintaining accurate financial records and regulatory compliance. You will record and verify transactions, bring books to trial balance, and handle tax forms with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in accounting, GAAP knowledge, and strong Excel/QuickBooks skills, with experience in general bookkeeping and financial controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
• Knowledge of GAAP and accurate financial record-keeping.
• Proficiency with Excel, QuickBooks, and basic accounting systems.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills; detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Enter financial data and transactions with accuracy.
• Verify the accuracy of entered transactions.
• Prepare trial balance and support month-end close.
• Analyze budgets and financial information for variances.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Complete required tax forms and filings.
