Job summary

Nation Security Services is seeking a Full-Charge Bookkeeper to own daily bookkeeping and ensure financial accuracy for our Miami operations. You will manage AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations, delivering precise data for leadership decisions.

You will close books monthly following GAAP, maintain detailed records of inventory and assets, and translate numbers into clear summaries for executives. A 3+ year track record and proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Excel are required.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance is required.
• At least 3 years in a full-charge bookkeeping role.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online (2+ years) and Excel is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Own daily bookkeeping, including AP, AR, GL entries, and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure monthly closings adhere to GAAP.
• Maintain detailed records of inventory, capital assets, and depreciation.
