Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a full-time merchandiser to service grocery stores and beverage outlets across the East Bay. You will stock, rotate, and merchandize products on assigned routes, using pallet jacks and company tech for routing and account monitoring.

The role starts early, includes weekend shifts, and offers training and growth into other departments. Qualifications include a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift 25–50 pounds regularly.

• 0–6 months plus of general work experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, display and rotate products on assigned routes.
• Transport product between backroom and display floor using pallet jacks or hand trucks.
• Use company systems for routing, compliance and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos to document execution.
• Maintain backstock areas to support inventory levels and freshness.

• Shift: Full-time with a 5:00am - 6:00am start time
• Schedule: Five days per week: includes weekends
• Pay:$24.50 per hour + Overtime

Position Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education And Experience

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience
