Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a merchandising associate to stock, display, and rotate products at grocery stores and beverage outlets across the East Bay area. The role involves travel on early routes, loading and unloading, and using company systems to document execution and backstock levels.

You will lift 25–50 lbs regularly, work five days per week including weekends, and receive paid training with opportunities to advance into sales, marketing, or delivery departments.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Requires reliable personal automobile transportation & valid driver's license.
• Auto insurance coverage meeting company/state minimums.
• Able to lift 25–50 pounds regularly.
• 0–6 months of general work experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, display, and rotate products on assigned routes.
• Move products between backroom and display floor using pallet jacks or hand trucks.
• Use company systems for routing, efficiency, and account monitoring.
• Submit merchandising checkouts and upload photos documenting execution.
• Maintain backstock areas and consolidate products to preserve inventory and freshness.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Shift: Full-time with a 5:00am - 6:00am start time
• Schedule: Five days per week: includes weekends

Position Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education And Experience

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience
