Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group in the East Bay is seeking a full-time merchandiser to stock, rotate, and display our brands at grocery stores and beverage outlets across assigned routes. The role involves timely visits, using pallet jacks, and documenting execution with photos.

You will drive a personal vehicle, maintain a clean driving record, and enjoy benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401(k) match, tuition reimbursement, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Reliable personal automobile transportation and valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds regularly.
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience.
• High School Diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

• Shift: Full-time with a 5:00am – 6:00am start time
• Schedule: Five days per week: includes weekends
• Pay:$24.50 per hour + Overtime

Required Education and Experience

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience
