Qualifications

• College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration required at time of employment through NMLS.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales approach and financial needs assessment to identify customer needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products and services and recommend solutions.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and refer to partners for holistic solutions.
• Support opening/closing processes for Financial Center or Bank Mart as directed.
• Comply with policies and protect customer information and confidentiality.
