This role focuses on Retail Banking recruitment and may assist in other lines of business, managing full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to onboarding and offering competitive compensation packages. The position entails partnering with hiring managers, conducting screenings, interviews, and extending offers,

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required or two (2) years of prior direct working experience in the recruitment/talent acquisition area may be substituted
• Minimum two years of experience working in professional office environment is required, banking experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience in passive solicitation techniques required
• Strong networking skills
• Ability to prioritize on a consistent basis in a fast paced rapidly changing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships

• Recommend and implements recruiting plans that will capture and retain top talent
• Pro-actively consults with hiring managers on initiatives related to recruitment and staffing
• Assess staffing needs, recommend, and implement recruiting plans in an effort to fill vacancies and anticipate turnover
• Recruit, conduct resume and applicant screening, schedule and perform interviews, make hiring decision, or use judgment to make recommendations to management for assigned territory
• Makes recommendations to hiring managers on compensation for employment offers within the internal compensation structure
• Negotiate offers with candidates; negotiate applicant start date and schedule new hire orientation; extend selected applicant employment offer providing all pre-employment information (i.e. offer letter, credit and background investigation, etc.)
• Follow up with Hiring Manager on interviews, evaluation forms and hiring decisions
• Assist in ensuring the new employee receives a positive onboarding experience
• Use standard and creative methods to recruit candidates, including but not limited to: internet searches, advertising, internal and external career fairs, sourcing; direct recruiting, networking events, etc.
• Collaborate with the Compensation area to ensure job descriptions are current
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking files and databases as appropriate per the internal process
• Ensure the Bank files and paperwork are completed accurately and in compliance with labor laws requirements
• Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures, as well as local, state and federal laws and guidelines
• Maintain relationships with existing and prospective candidates to develop a pipeline
• Prepare weekly staffing reports
• Enter Employment Commission job openings on monthly basis
• Manage internal job posting communications
• Manage temporary employee requests, placement and assignment terms
• Participate in staff meetings and HR related policy revision or implementation
• Refer behavioral and performance related issues to the HR Manager
• Analyze turnover and create reports as needed for management
• Assist in the management of agency referrals and relationships
• Participate in recruiting-related projects and generalist duties as assigned
