United Bank is seeking a Talent Acquisition & Recruiting Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting for the Retail Banking line in Washington, DC. You’ll partner with hiring managers, source candidates, conduct interviews, and guide offers and onboarding to ensure a positive candidate experience.

The role emphasizes community outreach, internal collaboration on compensation, and adherence to labor laws while building a strong local talent pipeline.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or two years’ recruiting/talent acquisition experience may substitute.
• Minimum two years in a professional office environment; banking experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience with passive sourcing techniques; strong networking skills.
• Ability to build internal and external relationships and partner with local business communities.
• Strong prioritization, multi-tasking, and effective communication skills.
