Job summary

Trustmark seeks a Business Systems Analyst to support and enhance Retail Banking systems and projects. You will document workflows, coordinate testing, and develop procedures and training in collaboration with IT and business partners.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree in business or finance with relevant banking systems experience or 6 years of banking systems work.
• Strong knowledge of retail banking operations and workflows.
• Ability to translate business needs into system requirements and test plans.
• Experience with documentations, procedures and training materials.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across IT and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Support, develop, and administer retail banking systems and processes.
• Document workflows, map processes, and assist testing initiatives for Retail.
• Collaborate with IT, vendors, and stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
• Create procedures, training materials, and user access controls.
• Lead or participate in projects to improve efficiency and operations.
