Job summary

TD Bank is seeking a Store Supervisor in Conshohocken, PA. The role oversees daily team activities to ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance while delivering excellent customer service.

You will manage tellers, the platform, and customer escalations to support sales and advice initiatives. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer service or sales, strong communication and organizational skills, and may hold a Notary License.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; undergraduate degree preferred.
• 2+ years related experience in customer service or sales.
• Notary License preferred.
• Proven ability to supervise or lead others.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day team activities to meet store objectives and comply with policies.
• Provide leadership to teller, platform, and customer escalation activities.
• Drive sales and advice conversations to deepen customer relationships.
• Coach and develop staff to deliver excellent customer service and accurate transactions.
• Maintain knowledge of TD Bank products, services and policies.
