Responsibilities

• Process daily financial transactions including deposits and cash handling.
• Open and maintain checking, savings, and other deposit accounts.
• Cross-sell bank products and refer clients to partners.
• Conduct outbound calls during campaigns.
• Assist with loan applications and hand off to the appropriate associate.
• Ensure compliance, risk management, and audit controls in daily operations.
• Deliver strong client experiences and resolve questions promptly.
