Confidential is seeking a customer-focused teller to provide both teller and platform support, ensuring minimal client wait times and high-quality service. You will open checking and savings accounts, handle deposits, and cross-sell products while coordinating with bank partners.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with at least 1 year of teller experience, strong communication, and solid Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED with 1 year teller experience preferred.
Ability to process daily financial transactions accurately and with attention to detail.
Strong client service orientation and cross-selling capabilities.

Responsibilities

Provide teller and platform support to minimize client wait times and ensure quality service.
Open new demand and time deposit accounts (savings, IRAs, CDs, money markets).
Cross-sell and refer to bank partners to grow relationships and drive revenue.
Conduct outbound calls to clients and prospects, supporting campaigns.
Assist clients with loan applications and hand off processing to the appropriate associate.
Deliver excellent client experiences and promptly resolve issues.
Comply with bank regulations, policies and internal controls.
Assist banking center staff with daily operations and audit controls.
Support onboarding and training of new associates and stay updated on policy changes.
