Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant retail sales and/or customer service experience.
• Prior in-store retail banking experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to accept coaching and feedback to improve performance.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible or extended hours based on retail branch needs.

Responsabilités

• Take personal responsibility for delivering strong retail performance by identifying customer needs and recommending banking solutions.
• Achieve individual sales goals through proactive conversations, referrals, and marketing outreach inside and outside the branch.
• Resolve customer inquiries at first contact, using internal partners to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain operational excellence through accurate transactions, account openings, and adherence to policies and regulations.
• Explain complex banking solutions in a simple, easy-to-understand way.
