Job summary

First Horizon Bank is seeking a customer-focused bank associate to provide teller and platform support in a retail banking environment. You will identify client needs, open deposit accounts, and cross-sell bank products to deepen relationships.

The role involves outbound calling during campaigns, assisting with loan applications, and floating to other banking centers as needed to meet goals. A high school diploma and 1 year teller experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 1 year of Teller experience preferred.
• Background/credit check required; complies with SAFÉ Mortgage Licensing Act and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide teller and platform support to minimize client wait times and ensure quality service.
• Identify client needs through conversations and recommend appropriate products.
• Open and process new deposit accounts including savings, IRAs, CDs, and money market accounts.
• Cross-sell and refer to bank partners to deepen relationships.
• Conduct outbound calls to clients and prospects during campaigns.
• Assist with loan applications and hand off processing to the appropriate associate.
