Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in customer service, sales, and retail banking.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience required.
• Associate degree, two-year college degree, or completion of a business/trade program.
• Strong coaching, leadership, and team-development abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with multiple stakeholder levels.
• Professionalism, integrity, diplomacy, and sound judgment.
• Strong problem-solving skills for complex or sensitive situations.
• Ability and willingness to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily retail banking operations across multiple branch locations.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns while maintaining high service levels.
• Coach, develop, and manage direct reports to improve productivity and performance.
• Onboard, train, and support retail banking employees.
• Monitor adherence to banking policies, procedures, and compliance.
• Serve as SME for retail banking transactions, products, services, and processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex inquiries from customers, employees, and operations.
• Promote relationship development and opportunities to strengthen customer relationships.
• Support organizational goals and strategic retail banking initiatives.
• Participate in community activities and leadership opportunities to build relationships.
• Travel between branch locations as business needs require.
