Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership: coach Banking Center Managers to execute initiatives and drive growth.
• Sales and business development: implement and coach an advice-driven sales process and expand client base.
• Client experience: ensure exceptional experiences across all banking centers.
• Team management: recruit, train, and develop a high-performing Retail Banking team and foster engagement.
• Compliance and risk: ensure regulatory compliance and manage risk within banking centers.
• Operational efficiency: optimize processes and monitor performance metrics.
