First Horizon Bank seeks a strategic leader to coach and manage its retail banking center team, driving sales, client satisfaction, and community engagement. This role focuses on developing relationships with key clients and partners while ensuring operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

You will lead a high-performing team, deliver regular coaching and feedback, and align activities with our purpose and values, fostering teamwork and growth across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Compliance with S.A.F.E Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and related regulations.

Responsabilités

• Coach, lead and manage banking center team to execute strategic initiatives.
• Promote a positive work culture and associate engagement.
• Develop and expand client base through relationships with key clients and partners.
• Deliver exceptional client experiences and promptly resolve issues.
• Recruit, train, and retain a high-performing banking center team.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with bank regulations, policies, procedures, and risk controls.

Formation

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
