Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership: Coach, lead and manage banking center team to ensure initiatives are executed effectively.
• Sales and business development: Establish and nurture relationships with key clients and partners to expand the client base; collaborate with partners to lead One Team initiatives.
• Client experience: Deliver excellent client experiences and promptly resolve client issues.
• Team management: Recruit, train, develop, and retain a high-performing Retail banking center team; provide coaching and performance evaluations.
• Compliance and risk management: Ensure compliance with bank regulations, policies, risk controls and ethics; supervise required training.
• Operational efficiency: Lead operational excellence for the banking center and manage expenses.
• Other duties: As assigned.
