BMO Financial Group is seeking a market-facing leader to advance retail sales programs and products in the United States. The role emphasizes market expertise, stakeholder collaboration, and strategic program development to grow market share.

The position requires CFPB/SAFE Act compliance awareness, an originator focus for consumer loans, and strong cross-functional collaboration with internal partners and senior leaders.

Competenze

• Post-secondary degree or equivalent experience.
• Regulatory knowledge: CFPB and SAFE Act requirements.
• In-depth/Expert knowledge of retail products and branch networks.
