Job summary

BMO is seeking a seasoned sales and market expert in Retail Banking Sales & Service to drive program objectives and market growth in our Indianapolis area. You will partner with internal stakeholders and attend sales calls and events to grow client opportunities.

The role requires in-depth regulatory knowledge, strong presentation skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple client engagements with data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Typically 7+ years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Meets all CFPB and Safe Act requirements and adheres to all compliance, regulatory, and legal guidelines.
• In depth knowledge of retail products and retail branch networks.
• Presentation skills and time management – In-depth/Expert.
• Verbal & written communication skills - In-depth / Expert.
• Analytical and problem solving skills - In-depth / Expert.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes a market business plan and sales strategies to achieve retail program objectives.
• Represents retail programs at sales calls and events and develops client opportunities.
• Prioritizes the market’s client and prospect pipeline and coordinates events and seminars.
• Monitors performance, analyzes data, and implements improvements across programs.
• Leads change management, communications strategies, and cross-group collaboration.
