Job summary

Qualifications

• Typically between 4 - 6 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous supervisory or management experience - preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of retail banking products and services.
• Working knowledge of branch technologies, processes, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes a branch business plan to maximize growth and wallet share.
• Probes to understand customer banking and credit card needs and offers tailored solutions.
• Leads, coaches, and develops branch team to deliver exceptional service and meet profitability goals.
• Builds relationships with customers and community to expand referrals and retention.
