Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent.
• Previous supervisory or management experience is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of retail banking products and services.
• Strong understanding of applicable regulations and policies.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach branch staff to deliver exceptional sales and service.
• Develop and execute the branch business plan to grow revenue and wallet share.
• Conduct sales calls and build a personal referral network.
• Proactively understand customer needs and align banking products accordingly.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of personal banking and credit card trends.
