Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s in business/finance preferred.
• Three years banking, client service, or retail experience preferred, including lending and account management.
• Two years supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Manager in leading and directing branch operations.
• Provide reliable, compliant client service and guidance on financial products and services.
• Build lasting client relationships and identify financial needs and solutions.
• Open accounts, oversee transactions, and manage deposits and loans as needed.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase productivity.
• Hire, train, and motivate staff; deliver performance evaluations and coaching.
