• Fulfill role of Branch Management staff in their absence and implement processes or projects as directed by this role.
• Support leadership in planning and executing community, client, and business partner events.
• Review compliance-related reports and report to Branch Manager about common issues.
• Assist in training bankers per personal development plans.
