Responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in supervising daily branch operations and retail banking activities.
• Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer experiences and relationship-focused service.
• Promote and maintain knowledge of the Bank's products, services, and treasury management offerings.
• Address customer needs and resolve escalated issues; identify banking solutions.
• Coach, train, and develop teller staff on products, services, and procedures.
• Support branch compliance with regulations, policies, and controls.
• Participate in staff meetings, guiding on policies and service expectations.
• Review branch performance reports and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with the Branch Manager to improve customer satisfaction and efficiency.
• Assist in resolving personnel and operational challenges per procedures.
• Serve as a resource for complex account inquiries and customer concerns.
• Perform teller transactions and cash management tasks.
• Contribute to business development and community banking efforts.
