Regional Finance in Salt Lake City is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to drive revenue, grow accounts, and maximize branch performance through active selling of financial products while building strong customer relationships.

You will lead a fast-paced, sales-driven team, ensure compliance, manage the loan lifecycle, and deliver exceptional service with a clear path from assistant manager to branch manager, accompanied by competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in sales, customer service, retail, or cash handling.
• Ability to pass drug screening and background checks where permitted by law.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured transportation (required for bank deposits).

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and branch sales goals by driving performance, improving retention, and contributing to profitability.
• Use a consultative approach to recommend solutions and manage the full loan lifecycle.
