Burke & Herbert Bank & Trust in Camp Hill, PA is pursuing an Area Manager to lead 10 to 15 branches and drive growth across the Retail team. The role requires senior level leadership, coaching, and strong business development and sales management capabilities.

You will collaborate with Market Managers and Community Bank Managers, set goals, and ensure compliance with bank standards while delivering Service Beyond Expectations.

Formación

• At least five years of retail banking management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve growth goals and develop area.
• Lead by example and ensure goals met across branches.
• Make joint outside sales calls with Market Manager and Commercial team.
• Identify gaps and trends and influence direction across the Area.
• Manage staff and set goals across branches.
• Collaborate on area-wide projects with Chief Banking Officer.
• Drive the Retail vision and partner with local markets.
• Coordinate with Facilities and Security for branch operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow individual branches.
