Responsibilities

• Lead a branch team to deliver high-quality customer experiences and meet sales goals.
• Mentor and coach team members, using defined sales management practices.
• Develop new business banking relationships and manage existing relationships with Relationship Managers and Treasury.
• Identify opportunities for mortgage and wealth management leads and coordinate with Mortgage Loan Officers and Wealth Advisors.
• Represent the Bank in the community and participate in events to raise brand awareness.
• Prepare branch performance reports and monitor local market trends.
• Ensure compliance, operational excellence, and effective risk management.
