Responsibilities

• Achieve overall Retail business growth goals and area development.
• Lead by example with Service Beyond Expectations and drive area goals.
• Direct outside sales calls to current clients and prospects with Market Manager/Community Bank Manager/Commercial Relationship Representative.
• Manage staff directly and through subordinate managers; set goals and ensure branch alignment with area objectives.
• Collaborate with Chief Banking Officer on area-wide projects and strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate with Market Managers to identify required skill competencies in product knowledge, technology, and customer service behaviors.
• Ensure compliance with standards, policies, and procedures across all branches.
