Qualifications

• College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new customers and cross-sell.
• Ability to analyze credit/financial information using advanced math concepts.
• Present Fifth Third Bank professionally in appearance and communication.
• Understand Retail policies and procedures to exercise good judgment.
• Requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at employment via NMLS.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales and Financial Needs Assessment to identify customer needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail banking products/services and recommend solutions.
• Use CAMP and approved tools to set appointments for financial reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and participate in outside sales activities.
• Collaborate with Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial, and Investment partners.
• Meet/exceed customer experience and production goals and grow revenue.
• Guide CSRs on sales/referral processes.
• Promote customer satisfaction with professional service and confidentiality.
• Follow Bank policies and ethical standards.
