Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; 1+ years' customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Teller experience preferred; ability to complete teller training on hire.
• Excellent communication skills; able to educate customers on products.
• Organized, able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as customer liaison to deliver TD’s brand promise and assist with banking needs.
• Educate customers on TD products and services and identify opportunities.
• Refer customers to appropriate team members or internal partners.
• May perform teller transactions and ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Build working relationships and provide proactive financial guidance.
