Job summary

TD in the United States is seeking a Retail Banker I to assist customers with banking solutions, build relationships, and deliver a Legendary experience. You will educate customers on TD products, uncover needs, and refer to partners as appropriate.

The role emphasizes consultative advice, maintaining knowledge of products, and supporting TD's customer service strategy in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years' experience with customers and/or sales or demonstrated through volunteering, education, military.
• Teller experience preferred.
• Must be able to complete teller training upon hire.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to educate customers on products and services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Legendary customer experience by providing consultative advice and product education.
• Identify customer needs and refer to TD partners to fulfill financial goals.
• Build relationships through knowledge of TD products and proactive recommendations.
• Engage in outbound sales activities and resolve customer issues independently.
