Woodforest National Bank is seeking a Branch Banker to be a frontline ambassador, delivering the Woodforest Experience through personable service and proactive banking solutions. This role emphasizes customer relationships, in-store referrals, and accurate transaction processing.

You will support digital tools and maintain compliance in a fast-paced retail environment. The position requires a High School Diploma and at least 2 years in retail sales or customer service, with flexibility to work

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant retail sales and/or customer service experience.
• In-store retail banking experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to accept coaching and feedback to improve performance.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions.
• Achieve individual sales goals through referrals and marketing outreach inside and outside the branch.
• Explain complex solutions in a simple, easy-to-understand way.
• Perform branch servicing duties including teller transactions, cash handling, and balancing.
• Open and maintain deposit accounts and consumer loan products with accuracy.
• Maintain branch security, policies, and regulatory compliance.
