Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible or extended hours based on retail branch needs

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for delivering retail performance by identifying customer needs and recommending banking solutions
• Achieve individual sales goals through proactive conversations, referrals, and marketing outreach
• Resolve customer inquiries at first point of contact with internal partners as needed
• Maintain accurate transaction processing, account opening, and policy adherence
• Explain complex banking solutions in simple terms
