Job summary

Woodforest National Bank in Pennsylvania-East Stroudsburg is seeking a Branch Banker to deliver the Woodforest Experience. You will build and grow retail customer relationships by delivering exceptional service, cross-selling banking solutions, and maintaining accurate branch operations.

You will engage customers, explain products simply, and support digital tools while upholding Woodforest’s core values of Ownership, Service, Community, and Integrity.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant retail sales and/or customer service experience.
• Prior in-store retail banking experience preferred but not required
• Demonstrated willingness to accept coaching and feedback to improve performance

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend banking solutions.
• Achieve sales goals through referrals and outreach.
• Resolve customer inquiries at first contact with internal partners as needed.
• Open and maintain deposit accounts with accuracy while complying with policies.
• Explain complex banking solutions in simple terms.
