Job summary

PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Personal Banker to join the Warren, PA team. The role focuses on acquiring and deepening the branch customer base through proactive sales, service excellence, and collaboration with ecosystem partners to grow wallet share.

You will drive client conversations, educate customers on digital tools, and present PNC financial solutions to meet their needs while maintaining risk controls and a compliant environment. No visa sponsorship is offered.

Qualifications

Typically requires 3+ years of experience in retail banking.
In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, certification(s), and experience may be considered.
Background checks as required by CFPB regulations.

Responsibilities

Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
Manages the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing.
