Responsibilities

• Handle transactions accurately (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, inquiries, checks, money orders).
• Process Safe Deposit Box service requests.
• Perform end-of-day balancing and ensure operational accuracy across transactions and ATMs.
• Manage customer accounts, assist with disputes, stop payments, and wire transfers.
• Identify customer needs and provide deposits, loans, and other services.
• Build and maintain customer relationships with personalized service and referrals.
• Assist in opening/maintaining personal and business accounts with proper documentation.
• Collaborate with teammates to resolve issues and support office operations.
• Support Office Manager in cash management, deposit growth, and customer retention.
• Promote a deposit growth culture through active customer engagement.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and security protocols.
• Supervise and mentor Retail Banker staff as applicable.
