Qualifications

• Two year degree or equivalent job experience.
• Minimum 1 year sales experience in a financial or retail environment.
• Notary Public and NMLS certification required.
• Pass Level I Business Certification.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel; strong organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to balance priorities and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support customer relationship development and transaction processing to meet sales goals.
• Open and process accounts, deposits, loans, and other transactions with accuracy.
• Cross-sell products and services using available tools.
• Refer customers to business partners for investments, mortgage, cash management, etc.
• Follow through on customer questions and issues to ensure resolution.
• Use Salesforce for customer interactions and follow-up.
