Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Discretion and confidentiality required.
Demonstrated leadership skills.
Able to exercise sound business judgement.
Strong planning and organizational skills.
Advanced communication and customer service skills.
Supervisory and management experience preferred.
Advanced level of understanding of basic PC programs (Internet, Word, Excel, and Outlook).

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service by modeling the bank's commitment to community.
Assist in leading and managing a team to deliver customer needs.
Utilize knowledge of bank products and services to support customers and connect them to Landmark National Bank offerings.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, your team, and community partners.
Coordinate daily operations of the retail team, including scheduling, and addressing issues.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, procedures, and risk management policies.
Balance cash drawer levels and vault balancing.
Supervise, train, coach, and develop your team using performance development processes.
Pursue professional development through the Quarterly Job Progress Plan and related reviews.
Engage in Landmark National Bank culture initiatives and team activities.
Represent the bank well in the community.
Perform other duties and adhere to bank policies.
