Job summary

Landmark National Bank in Dodge City, Kansas seeks a friendly Teller to deliver exceptional service and accurate transactions in a fast-paced branch.

You will greet customers, build relationships, balance cash drawer, process deposits and withdrawals, issue money orders and cashier''s checks, and handle wires. You’ll comply with all regulations, protect confidentiality, and promote bank products to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent work experience.
• Maintain a high degree of discretion and confidentiality.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Advanced communication and customer service skills.
• Intermediate level of understanding of basic personal computer programs (Internet, Word, Excel, and Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and addressing needs with prompt and accurate information and resolutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and the team.
• Process banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, money orders, cashier''s checks, loan payments, foreign currency exchanges, wires, and account changes.
• Balance cash drawer and assist in vault balancing.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and complete required training.
• Promote bank products and services using a proven format.
