Marshalls at USA Marshalls Store Nashville is seeking a customer-focused team member to deliver a highly satisfactory shopping experience. You will engage customers, maintain a clean store, and support operations while adhering to loss prevention standards.

You may be cross-trained to assist in multiple areas to meet business needs, promote credit/loyalty programs, and help maintain merchandising standards on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer.
• Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and follows merchandising procedures and standards.
• Accurately processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor.
• Initiates and participates in store recovery as needed.
• Maintains cleanliness and recovery standards for the sales floor and store.
• Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback.
