Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Superior communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing.
• Provide an excellent customer experience through engagement and service.
• Orchestrate truck delivery and merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is tagged, hung, and coded properly.
• Communicate with coordination staff to maintain workflow and priorities.
• Monitor team productivity and coach as necessary.
• Maintain backroom organization, signs, and safety standards.
