Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must have good oral and written communication skills in English as well as interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to demonstrate sound judgement.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate a forklift (ages 16–17 not allowed).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Display a professional, people-first attitude with guests.
• Transition products to the sales floor with attention to detail and urgency.
• Execute and maintain visual merchandising strategies.
• Assist with upselling and round-up during transactions.
• Accurately handle POS transactions and guest interactions.
• Communicate effectively with management, peers, and guests.
• Follow training materials and maintain clean work areas.
• Support teamwork and participate in required trainings.
